What’s IncludedYour First 90 Days of Care

The first few months of care are designed to build understanding before making adjustments. Your physician and care team follow your progress closely, using your symptoms, response to treatment, and ongoing conversations to refine your care over time. The first 90 days allow time to establish the baseline, begin treatment when appropriate, assess tolerance, evaluate early response, adjust thoughtfully, and build a durable long-term plan

Your First Consultation

Your dedicated 90-minute consultation is an opportunity to explore your symptoms, health history, and goals in depth. Together, you and your physician develop your first WomenKind Care Blueprint, outlining your treatment strategy, priorities, and next steps.

Weeks 2 To 4

As your treatment begins, your care team checks in to answer questions, discuss how you’re feeling, and address any early concerns. Your physician reviews your progress and makes thoughtful adjustments based on your response rather than following a fixed protocol.

Weeks 6 To 8

As your body adapts, your care continues to evolve. Follow-up visits focus on symptom patterns, treatment response, and any refinements that may help improve your results. Your Care Blueprint is updated to reflect what your body is telling us.

Around 90 Days

By this stage, many women have a clearer understanding of how their bodies are responding to treatment. Together, you’ll review your progress, refine your long-term care plan, and establish an ongoing approach that supports both symptom management and long-term health.

Understand What We Can Offer You

After reviewing your medical history, symptoms, and health priorities, your physician begins identifying patterns that may be influencing how you feel.  For many women, this call reveals how hormonal changes, metabolism, sleep, and lifestyle factors interact. Rather than focusing on a single symptom, the goal is to understand the broader picture of your health and how different systems in the body work together.

What Costs Are Involved?

A comprehensive Medical Consultation is $500, paid once. It is a 90-minute physician-led telehealth visit that reviews your symptoms, medical history, laboratory results, and goals, and it ends with a written WomenKind Care Blueprint and clear next-step recommendations. There is no obligation to continue.

If your physician recommends ongoing care after that consultation, Continued Care is $350 per month, billed monthly. It includes physician-led treatment, monitoring, and structured follow-up, secure messaging with your care team, and a Care Blueprint that evolves with your health. Continued Care is offered by your physician after your consultation and cannot be purchased on its own.

Can I Cancel Anytime?

Yes. After the initial 90-day commitment period, membership may be canceled at any time according to your membership agreement.

How Often Will I See My Provider?

WomenKind offers two care pathways, each built around a different level of physician-guided support and follow-up.

Comprehensive Consultation — One-Time Care

A single, 90-minute physician-led telehealth consultation focused on understanding your symptoms, medical history, laboratory results, and goals. After the consultation, you will receive a written WomenKind Care Blueprint with clear next-step recommendations.

This pathway is designed for women who want a comprehensive assessment and personalized plan without enrolling in ongoing care immediately.

Consultation + 90-Day Vitality Plan + Ongoing Membership

For women who are ready to begin active treatment and receive closer follow-up, the physician may recommend enrollment in the 90-Day Vitality Plan after the initial consultation.

The first 90 days may include treatment initiation, scheduled check-ins around Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12, laboratory review, medication adjustments when indicated, and secure messaging with the care team regarding the active treatment plan.

After the initial 90 days, ongoing WomenKind membership continues at $350 per month and includes physician-guided monitoring, structured follow-up, and a WomenKind Care Blueprint that evolves as the patient’s health and goals change over time.

Patients may cancel at any time after completing the initial 90-day commitment.

Why does the WomenKind Vitality Plan begin with a 90-day commitment?

Starting treatment is only the first step. The next 90 days allow us to learn how your body responds and thoughtfully shape your treatment around you.

Menopausal hormone therapy is highly individualized. Some women begin noticing improvement within days or weeks, while other symptoms take longer. Your body may also need time to adjust during the early stages of treatment, and the first prescription is not always the final one.

Your physician may need to refine the dose, timing, formulation, or combination of medications based on your symptoms, response, side effects, health history, and personal goals.

Leading menopause guidelines recommend a formal review approximately three months after starting or changing hormone therapy. This gives us enough time to evaluate meaningful trends—not simply one unusually good or difficult day—and determine whether treatment should be continued, adjusted, or reconsidered.

The WomenKind Vitality Plan turns that clinical standard into a supported care pathway. During the first 90 days, we do more than prescribe medication. We monitor progress, help patients use treatment correctly, address questions and early effects, review relevant testing, and make deliberate adjustments when needed.

The 90-day commitment is not an arbitrary membership requirement or a promise that every symptom will be resolved within three months. It is the minimum initial period we believe allows us to provide responsible, attentive, and genuinely personalized care.

In simple terms: one visit can begin treatment. Ninety days allows us to evaluate it, refine it, and build a plan the patient can feel confident continuing.

What If My Symptoms Don’t Improve?

Hormonal and midlife health changes can take time to evaluate and optimize. Your physician continues adjusting your treatment strategy based on symptom response, lab interpretation, and ongoing follow-up discussions.

Are Lab Tests Included?

Laboratory testing is typically completed through external labs using your insurance. Your physician reviews and interprets results over time as part of your ongoing membership care.

Can I Switch Providers?

If needed, our team will work with you to determine the best path forward based on provider availability and your care needs.

What If I Travel Frequently?

WomenKind membership is designed to support continuity through virtual care, allowing many follow-up visits and communication touchpoints to happen remotely when appropriate.

How Do I Access My Medical Records?

You may request access to your medical records and visit documentation through the WomenKind care team at any time.

What Happens If I Get Sick?

WomenKind focuses on hormone health, menopause care, midlife medicine, and preventive health support. For urgent or emergency medical concerns, patients should contact their primary care physician or seek emergency care.
